AAJA Hawai‘i’s inaugural Trivia Bowl brings nearly 200 together for a night of friendly competition

It was a memorable evening of knowledge, competition and fun as our AAJA Hawai‘i chapter’s first-ever Trivia Bowl proved to be a huge success.

Sixteen teams participated and almost 200 people attended our chapter’s inaugural event on Friday, Sept. 18 at the Bay HNL at Dole Cannery. It was by far our chapter’s biggest fundraiser in years!

Congratulations to Ulupono Initiative (Ulupono Asterisk), which captured first place and took home the coveted Trivia Bowl trophy bowl. The winning team members were Caroline Julian Freitas, Keith DeMello, Michael Colon, Catherine Colon, Trisha Yamato, Vaughn Cotham, Amy Hennessey, Erin Khan, Noreen Reimel, and Marcus Reimel.
